DUDE! Just cuz you decided to go with a TT doesn't mean you have to bash us Vortech guys. Yeah, the TT comes with loads of torque, but with torque comes broken rods. Not that I wish that on you but you should explain yourself if you had a bad experience with the Vortech. That way ppl don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's simple:

Vortech = decent power and a great track record of 2 years with NO blown motors (Booger's fried ring was his fault and that was from his mouth)

APS = lots of torque and good track record thus far, but it's barely out and has already claimed a motor on my350z.

 

I truely think you had a bad install from Vortech...they did you wrong. What were these BAD numbers you were getting? I'm on the stock pulley and getting almost 400 to the wheels with 328ftlbs.

 

Is it just me or does anyone else get the feeling that narkotic just sounds really cocky?

Let's not turn this thread into a FLAMEFEST on Nark...he's a long standing member of this forum and was one of the first to go FI with the Vortech...in fact, he was THE G that Vortech used to test fit and start selling the system. I hope my post didn't start this cuz it wasn't my intention. I just think that he chose a dif route in the FI option and shouldn't flame other forms of FI, unless they are clearly blowing crap up...

 

The guy has a nice car, I just wish he didn't come off like a dick. Get over yourself, everyone else has authentic parts, tons of people have volks, FI is a dime a dozen around here; don't act like you own a ferrari in a world of honda civics.

 

Why are you being a jerk, he asked "what type" of emblems not "why you have those emblems" on...I already got over the fact you called me ignorant for posting my opinion about your car, which was a generous compliment (except for the rear)...but you are either being very cocky or have a bad attitude, regardless I agree with turbomaxima...
