Yah, I really don't mind. Gives me a bit more time to save up some money. Sometimes I'm leary about getting a 5 year loan, for fear I might get upside down in it, but when I see the car in person, I just don't care.
It's funny that way, isnt' it?

Re: Oh My G
I just got the call. IT'S IN! Now I've got to go through all the crap of trying to work a deal. I'm not looking foward to that. I'm also not looking foward to loosing my deep pockets. I drive a '96 celica now that's been paid off for a while. Do you guys think a 5 year loan is too long?
Re: Oh My G
Depends on your financial situation. Just make sure you get a good APR and a decent down and you should be fine. The funny thing is once your in her and driving down the freeway you'll feel like you got the best deal in the world even if you got screwed, he he. Have fun!

Haha. When we ordered her (she was actually already a part of the alotment), it was all MSRP. He even tacked on an extra 100 to install the areo package. So I've got all the haggleing to do tomorow. I don't expect them to move much off of MSRP, if at all, but I'm at least hopefull for taking off that 100 or maybe the tax of the car. Something. haha. I do have a good downpayment, so that'll give me a good headstart. How much does tax generally come to?

Re: Oh My G
Sales Tax? I think it really depends on the county and state. Here in lovely Long Beach, So Cal. we pay 8.25% So let's see I managed to haggle the dealer till they took about $600 off of MSRP for me that was like $34,900 and change for the fully loaded 6MT except Navi. Think that figures to about $2900 in sales tax plus licensing. too bad I got a lease so my tax is figured into the monthly payment. I figured I'd get screwed either way (after all your buying a depricating asset). I just took the screwing that's less evident to me, he he. I think if you haggle them enough they should do that aero for free though. Good luck senor. Hasta!

Redrok8, What dealer in Southern Cal did you get it? I didn't think anybody was going below MSRP (some are still trying to get ABOVE MSRP on coupes). I wish they would open a Infiniti dealer in Long Beach so I wouldn't have to use Peyton Cramer in Torrance for service (I'm not impressed so far...).
