new guy saying hello

I'm not sure if this is the place for me to do this, so if it is not then forgive me. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and thanks for all the great post i have read....this forum is incredibly helpful and you are all very knowledgable about the beautiful cars of ours. Anyway I just got my new 05 coupe 6speed fully loaded and am starting my modding, so any suggestions would be great. I got the car last week and so far have done a z tube with k&n drop in. Also a major bummer is the day i took delivery of it, I got rear ended by a drunk driver and my rear bumper is already messed up

Also i am 20 years old and just moved to the St. Petersburg-Sarasota area in Fl. and wanted to join the club but am having trouble with the website. If anyone could provide any insight or information on what i need to do to join it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Brian

Thanks all... finiti35- the retard didnt even have insurance, correct me if i wrong but i thought that was illegal? lol oh well crap happens i guess. I was thinking veilside front lip, rear valance and side skirts, new grill, i am not sure on this though because im not really into the gialla grills and im not sure if billet will fit with the essence of the car. Your opinions would be key. Also hoping to do crawford cats and whatnot, but i was reading does the motordyne plenum spacer be good on an 05, maybe i was reading it wrong but i thought ppl said from their dynos they didnt seen any gains like on the 04's and such. Also, my colors are dg with g interior fully loaded all packages. Thanks for your help guys!

If I were to get a bodykit, I would get the Nismo front, or stock with some kind of a front lip, Extreme dimensions, Impul or Kenstyle sides and Impul rear. Here's a few pics of the Veilside kit on DG, honestly I've never been a big fan of it.

I hope you got at least a police report, get an estimate for the damage and go after him! Don't let him get away with it. He should have gotten a DUI on top of rearending you.

Here's some pics of the ings on DG IMO if you're getting a kit, you should start out with wheels first and then get a kit that complements your wheels nicely, plus a kit without wheels looks weird. I'm not too fond of any type of aftermarket grille, but I do like the Top Secret front which comes with its own grille.
