R.I.P. yet another G35

This all happened on Friday night after the weekly Tower Shops meet. I didn't witness the crash, but it happened right in front of the eyes of my friend who was driving home from the meet in his M3. Here's what he posted on another forum:

I had been chilling like I do often at Tower Shops on Fridays. I met up there with a bunch of people from the forums.

While we were parked and admiring all the other cars at the show, a blue G35 coupe comes by our cars. The guy parks and starts showing off his nasty chromie wheels, lambo doors and ricey exhaust. I didn't speak to him, but they told me he's an @ss.

At around 10 p.m. I left the place to ride back to Miami. Nikki was following me back in her M3. I got on I595 and got into the left lane. All of a sudden the same G35 pulls up next to me and asks me to race him. I didn't respond and when he saw I wasn't going to race, he got in front of me and floored it. When he was about 60 ft. ahead of me, he tried to make a pass into the center lane but didn't make it. He slammed into a black Expedition hard because traffic in the next lane didn't let him get in.

So now I was traveling at 60mph right at the car and debris that was bouning after comming off from the impact. Thank God for that M3 handling, both Nikki and I avoided pieces of his bumper, headlights, fenders and tires that were scattered bouncing on the ground. We were swerving between the pieces... When I got to see the damage, the entire front end of the G35 was missing, I could see the engine from the front.

The guy was ok, he pulled what was left of his car onto the median, the expedition as well.

I wish I had pics, but I was to busy trying not spin out and then calling the police to whip out the camera.

What a crazy thing to see. It was utterly unreal. Something you would expect to see in 2Fast 2Furious.

Be safe guys...
The wrecked G is an 05 Athens Blue 5AT with 20" iForged wheels, Stoptech brake kit, lambo doors and Greddy exhaust. I met him the previous Friday at the same meet when I asked if he was on any forums, he said no. Since he didn't really want to talk to me that night, I didn't bother to go up to him when I saw him this past Friday. He only showed up for 15 min and this happened on the way back. It is just sad, so sad that another G35 is gone.

Better him than some other innocent driver.

The ones I feel sorry for are the occupants of the Expedition. Minding their own business and some idiot plows into them just for the purpose of trying to showoff.

Btw Finiti, how come it is never a female driver doing this?
(Setting myself and the entire male population up for a great comeback. )

I'll keep an eye for him to part out his car if insurance claims it totalled.

Wouldn't mind getting my hands on them stoptech's.

I'm sorry but immature dumb F*cks like this are what is giving everyone a bad name.

I'm sorry its a G35 but i don't think he is worthy of owning one

Joking aside I knew a wonderful girl that was killed showing off in her car. She flipped it and the other car landed on top of her, crushing her car.

Sorry for killing the great come back, but it does happen
