Well Yes Its Possible
If You Have A Remote Start System Installed, You Can Do I, But You Will Need A Transponder Unit, And Several, Things Done To The Electrical System. Lot Of Relays, And Stuff. You Would Be Able To Do It Outside The Car. While Your Not Inside.
