Issues with HID
Issues with HID
I don't know about the rest of you, but I feel we got hosed in the HID department. While behind the wheel, I noticed that my headlights are not as bright as others on the road. Also, are the fogs suppose to make a big difference in lighting? I thought the fogs were to complement the HID. Mines seem to out shine the HID. I that right? Do I need to adjust the aim of the HID? If so, how would I do that correctly? Also I have to mention that my bulbs are all stock.
Re: Issues with HID
I agree, my maxima HIDs were higher and wider.. I think that made them seem brighter. I think the d2r's are the same. Also keep in mind the g35c is alot lower, so that also affects aiming.
I may try to crank mine up alittle. but it may not be possible to do so without getting flashed alot. I dont want to p*** anyone off, my car already attracts the wrong kind of attention as it is.

Re: Issues with HID
I'll probably get it looked at when I take the car in for the first oil change. I noticed on the Service Bulletin Board that there's a recall on the clock because it's not bright enough. I think there's also a recall on the rear Brembos because of squeaking.
