Well my car is lowered, I have h/f cats, I have exhaust mods... more general in terms but the pricing is almost the same.

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me Ducatiguy... I still need the SPC rear camber arms and will probably be upgrading my clutch and flywheel as soon as the stock ones wear out. Then I'll need x-drilled and slotted rotors when the stockers wear out... It really doesn't end, does it?

Well, rather than write a long list of mods and prices, I will try to do this quick
APS TT, APS Plenum, Gauges, Clutch, Flywheel, 2 set of wheels (1 daily and 1 set for shows) and tires, Authentic Ken Style Kit, Complete Custom Audio, Painted interior, Custom Center concil, Tein flex with EDCU, Greddy Evo II, Straight Pipes, sway Bars, and I am probably missing some.
Grand Total I submitted to my insurance Agent was $35,000.00 of Mods.
Realistically I have spent about 20,000.00 total since my audio shop sponsored all my audio equipment.

I've put most of my mods into "luxury" items I suppose (audio $1000, touchscreen $600, pc $1000) and minor cosmetic upgrades ($200) and almost nothing yet performance wise ($400) - plus probably a few hundred in tools I would not otherwise have gotten (jack stands, lift, torque wrench, metric socket set, etc). So far, all installed myself so no additional labor cost.

Total mod cost (since 9/04 till 7/05) of about $3.5k...

FI is next, but that's a big next step, especially with a 5AT (paid 33,6k new off the lot)...

damn, thats alotta money some of uall put in ur cars. i dont have a G..yet, but i should be getting one in the next 6 months or something. then we'll c how the mod bug in me will do...

i dont have the financial ability nor would i put that much money in a car (some of you put more into the car then the car worth..thats pretty crazy).

just curious, to those who have spend so much, you could prob get a much faster or expensive car such as a M3, Vett Z06, viper, and the list goes on. do you think its worth it to put all that mods in there, yet, u get nothin in return when u sell it.

for me, i think i would put 10K in a car... but 50k and stuff? man, some of uall got way too much money.. ok, im jealous..hehe, but whatever! i have time to make my money..im only 23.

as for the mods, hm..i dont know what i would get when i finally have my G, but a FI of some kind (ST or SC) will be something i want...then of course wheels and brakes and suspension. besides that..hmm...i dont think ill go too far. mostly i just want performance mods since the car is beautiful as is. we'll c... hehe, but keep the list going so i can get an idea and learn from uall!

goodluck to everyone
