4wheel drive coupe

Will the G35 coupe ever come with this setup? I am thinking of selling the VR4 and supercharging a G35.

G35 is sex on wheels, man.

Haha...yes. Dunno if I need both. Already have a Toyota Tacoma extracab 4x4. And an rv. How would you compare your VR4 to your sc G35?

Really hard to compare both as one has 504hp to the wheels and like you mentioned is AWD and the other is close to 400 with the new mods I got but is RWD and has less torque, the major difference is that the G is a lot nicer and friendler to drive around town and to work and has nicer interior....power is not bad though but not in the same ballpark as the vr4.
I'm pchohan on 3si

I would keep the VR-4! It's getting to be a classic now. It's really rare to find one in good shape. I wish I had kept mine! The Evo drove better, but my VR-4 was faster (modded). The G drives smoother.... feels like I am old now! It is a hot ride, though.

No..... standard Skyline will not have turbo, only the GT-R, which will no longer be a Skyline. As far as AWD coupe, it's conceptually possible but does not make sense in terms of marketting and profitability. I doubt Nissan will invest in the funds to develop an AWD coupe that might sell a handful a year. I hope Nissan will take some of our complaints into consideration for the next generation Skyline/G35 -

IT'S TOO HEAVY!!

I really wish people would look at skylines history before they post that it is too heavy. All damn skylines are heavy, get used to it. Even the R34 GTR is heavy.

Look, lets be honest here. Nobody really knows what the "Skyline for the states" is going look like, drive like, handle like, or perform like, so let's just stop the speculation. It's been beaten to death. I've heard everything from an RB35DETT is being created for it to the 4.5 litre 8, plus AWD, RWD, HICAS, and all other sorts of bull$#it. Nobody, besides Carlos Ghosn, really REALLY knows what we're going to get.

Oh, and keep your VR4 PLEASE! They're rare as hen's teeth these days.

That's interesting, look up the weight of R30, R32, R33, R34 and then V35 you'd see the weight increases every generation. If the next GT-R weights as much as the R32 it'll be a monster.
