I am trading my Z in for a G35c. Found a DG 6-speed with nav, spoiler and premium package at msrp. Car will be here in about a week. I am taking a $2000 hit by trading in the Z but after driving the coupe I don't think I will regret it. By the time I put leather in the Z and upgraded the stereo I would of spent more then $2k anyway. The Z is a great car but for me the G35 is better choice. You get a lot more car for the money then with the Z.

Re: 350Z for G35c
I cancelled my Silver Stone Touring manual for a DG manual with everything but Nav. Drove both and the G35C is a classier car and a better overall deal.

WHAT.....no leather with the track model?!? I know Nissan wanted to save weight, but they could've done the same by offering leather seats without the auto adjustments. Oh well...

What if my brothers owns a C320?
Should I still choose the G35coupe or the Z ?

Re: 350Z for G35c
depends what you want wodog, the G is 39876296523 times more luxurious than the Z, so i would go for the G since it comes much closer to the C320 than does the Z, plus G has backseats and Z doesnt G all the way!
and its only like $1000 more when comparably configured.

Re: 350Z for G35c
But I worry that 350Z might have more aftermarket support?
I mean, when I want to get easy drive I can drive C320,
and I can get sports car driving with 350Z?

Re: 350Z for G35c
You won't be sacrificing much performance from Z to Coupe. Little acceleration performance gain in Z (few tenths in quarter), possibly better handling in coupe (read old discussions on this on this board). If you REALLY don't need a backseat, and NO cargo space, get a Z I guess. Try to find one without a markup.

Good deal but ... in response to your previous comment.

No, The coupe is far more SEXY.
The Z is edgy and fat.

Re: 350Z for G35c
They both turn heads because they are new and unique. But the coupe definitely embodies the word sexy more than the Z.

Modified? I don't know, I would suppose both look good with some stuff on em, but I haven't seen anything but stock on either.
