I received my Gialla Grill from the group buy mid last week, and had it painted and finally installed it lastnight. I think it looks great, but have a few questions about fitment.

Fitment is flawless, but if you notice on the close up side pic the grill sticks out a bit (didn't measure) where the hood and the top of the grill meets. Is this normal?, or am I being paranoid as usual? If anyone can offer feedback or close up pics of their Gialla's post away. Also excuse the camera phone pics.

That's normal... Hey you know what will look even better, drill out (its riveted) the center support bracket in the middle of th egrill. It just looks nasty! The grill will work and look even better without it!

Nah...it's not needed for support. It's really there to make it harder for someone to punch through the mesh and access the hood latch to break in & steal your $hit under the hood.

Ya Jon, I was thinking of removing that middle support piece to see how it looks.

Memphis, it's good to know that now the people that have that piece removed have to be worried about theft!
