has anyone done this before? i called the ifs the other day they said i have to go thru the dealership on this one, my question is for example as of now my payoff amount is 31000, if i switch to traditional finance, will they tag the tax on top of that figure? for those who have done this, will i lose out a lot of $$$?

 

yeh, when there's title transfer you have to pay tax. at least that's wat happened
to me when i changed a lease mid-term to a bank loan. this was in LA.
