It's pretty easy, Dan includes instructions with the product. I just popped off the corners, wiped them down, dipped them in Soapy water, peeled the overlay off, and stuck it on as best I could, then I dunked them back in the water so the vinyl got wet, that way you could move it around, got it into the position I wanted and presto chango, you have new sidemarkers!! Lol

There are a few other things, such as hairdrying to speed up the process and getting rid of bubbles but Dan includes all that with his shipment. Plus it added 15+ HP!!!

I like them, but the asthetics just don't seem right to me. I know the slants follow the line of the blinker lens/cover, but since the tinted cover vanishes into the black paint, the slants just seem to go the wrong direction. Slant them toward the rear of the car and they follow the lines of headlight and lip on the bumper very naturally. And they'd look faster.

As it is, the lines seem to conflict with each other, creating some chaos among the smooth lines of the car.

But like I said, I really like the idea, and the amber looks F'n great, just as you suspected.

Hmmm.......I've never thought the lines going the other way. Interesting thought. Any idea's Dan? I would be willing to try them out on my car if you can hook me up with a test set.

Cause it's too damn hard to take care of........but the reward after cleaning it is nicer than any other color IMO.

I have tried the slants the other way. You would think they look good but they really don't. what do you guys think?

On a black car, where the lines of the lens blend into the rest of the car, I think it would look good (and with a darker overlay). It does stick out pretty bad on that blue... ...but I think I would still have the same reaction with them slanted the other direction with that color.

Still like the idea and still think the amber slats on a black G look really F'n good.

Yeah I guess they do look kinda funny. I think its because of the way it comes to a point towards the bumper. It doesn't seem to flow.
