Believe me that thing is smaller than a Geo. Very popular in Europe AKA Smart Car made by MB for Swatch the watch maker or something like that. If it passes safety inspection in the US it will be distributed by Ford or so I heard.

Think about this:

The G35c weighs 3500lbs and has 300hp.
that's 11.6:1

this car weighs 1600lbs and has 60hp 26.6:1

They are starting to appear all over the city now. There is even a local tuner cthat is interested with them:

http://www.tappauto.com/images/picsv...ture%20196.jpg

"Smart Car software upgrade reflash. 27% Gain. Stock horsepower to the wheels as tested on our dyno was 33 whp.(40 hp at flywheel)
After our software reflash power has been increased to 42 whp a 27% overall gain!

Regular $499 Introductory price $450 cdn. "

LOL!

My friends over at Platinum Motorsport have had 2 for the past three years. The have modified them exclusively for shows. Just to have a fun different car. They have a blue/silver combo that they had at the dub show this year. Last year they had both of them out at the show. The other one is yellow/black combo. Full stereo, exhust and body kit made by Brabus. They look sick.
