Damn I wish I was as "nuts" as you guys. I have the Zaino leather cleaner & conditioner but have been too lazy to use them since when I first got them.
Gotta start using those things up!

I use lexol leather cleaner once a week, and condition once a month.

I've heard the same....that over doing it may be bad for the leather?

Always clean before you condition. Overconditioning can clog the pores in the leather and prevent it from breathing eventually making it look like crap.

with *most* conditioners that I know of, more than once a month is too much. Several people here have reported problems with their leather after a year or two of conditioning weekly.

Word. Cleaning is more important that conditioning on a regular basis. A little conditioning goes a long way. I like the smell of Zaino a lot too, but if you clean the leather regularly the smell of the conditioner keeps coming back. I clean the leather with Zaino cleaner really lightly after every wash, condition once a month.

Do you guys use Zaino 10 on your dash and other areas? The site says it's ok too, just wondered if anyone has any feedback on this...I don't think your nuts for cleaning every three weeks...

Yep, works really well. I use 303 on the areas that get hit by sun after the Z10.

I do the interior one weekend the exterior the other. I may not know a lot about modding, but I spend more time caring for my G than driving it. I read everywhere for product reviews and test the bests. I have tried Lexol, Zaino, and the one they did for Bentleys called Conolly. That Conolly sux big time. It's too darn dry so all the paste gets in the little holes our seats have. I wouldnt recommend it at all. Doesnt even smell good.

Zaino's smell is the bes there is no question asked. Lexol shines more than Zaino, but it doesnt smell nearly as nice.

Proof that I know what Im talking about (Ive tried it all):

I always had a bad impression on the leather cleaner products. Usually when i sit in cars of people who "condition/clean" there car are civics and everything looks so oily. Dunno maybe they use cheaper products? Anyways ill try this for myself and buy some Z9 & Z10!

So the best way to do is clean regularly but condition once a month?

Ya, the oily thing is from products with oil - ie: cheaper ones. Zaino/Meg's/Stoners/etc, won't leave that oily residue. If you're worried about it just go grab some Megs leather conditioner at a local store, easy to find and very cheap. Try it out, I bet you'll like it.
