I took off just the Infiniti letters. Looks good IMHO and makes it easier to wash

Leave it. You have to remember that you are driving a luxury coupe as well as a performance coupe.

I would take everything off... Emblems are whacked... they just get in the way when you wax... and with them off... the car looks a lot cleaner...
