well...the saga continues. Over a week later and still no wheels...or even the tracking number I have been promised. I was promised last week by both James wtih Creative and Stan with Jline that the wheels would go out Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I called yesterday and James said they were going out today. Which...happens to be the samething he said last week! It turns out Jline wasn't shipping the wheels because Creative hasn't paid for them yet! So..my wheels have been sitting at Jline for well over two weeks completed and ready to ship, but haven't because CreativeAutoWorks hasn't mailed a check yet. How messed up is that? That's part of the reason I (*&%& paid in full so this crap wouldn't happen. How nice of James to use my $3000 for 3 months! Seems kinda od that Jline requires a check from James before they ship the wheels....hmmmm. And even more od that it took james a few weeks to come up with the money!

This is not over until I have some #%Z*%$ wheels!!

Oh...I was promised a tracking number again yesterday when I spoke with James....still nothing this morning.

That's scary! That's why I refuse dealing with one man shops that never answer the phones and all they have is a good looking website.

I'd be on their case every hour until I know JLINE got their money. Otherwise, if something happens to Creative you'd be **** out of luck...no wheels and no money.

well...finally! the wheels arrived.

Funny....not the color I ordered, but it turns out I actually like it better....so lucky for them. Amazing they can even place orders. Sure hope they fit like they said. So far....they haven't done anything they said they would, so I don't why I should even expect them to fit.

I was also promised tuner lugs nuts and locks and I'll I got were some cheap *** lug nuts! Let's see if they at least try and correct that mistake! I won't hold my breath!

so you've done all this complaining, did you at least get your money back for shipping or a discount offered on other product from creative? no offense, but there is a reason companies walk all over people and it is because people like you only complain and don't get anything done.

I was thinking about ordering the coilovers from creativeautoworks for the first time, lowest price I could online, and now I don't feel like it. Thanks/good to know.

I agree. I didn't want to go demanding things until I actually had the wheels in hand. It's a different game now. James is on the forum all the time, and I am sure he's reading this thread. He needs to step to the plate and make this right!
