Splash guard protective film replacement?

I had a run-in with a curb today on my passanger side today, and the plastic film stuff in front of the rear tire took some damage.

Is it possible to get a replacement piece for only this part? Where would I be able to order it, and what exactly is it called?

Since we are on this subject, I want to know what do you guys who put on the kenstyle sides or any other sides do?

I mean, if you replace the stock sides with the Kenstyle ones, the kenstyle doesnt come with that protective film right? Do you guys take the film from the upper part aswell, coat the kenstyle sides with film or just leave the film on the metal and leave the sides without anything?

I am either going to get the kenstyle sides, or the 06's and I dont know what to do about the plastic thingy... is it hard to take out from the metal?

You can replace them, a body shop replaced my skirts for me because of an accident, and they ordered new ones from the dealer

$15 or so from the dealership. comes with the top (fender) and bottom (side skirt).

for the kenstyle question, i removed them both.

either do both or do none. doing both may be difficult because the kenstyle has a different contour than OEM.

what i am trying to so is, leave them off. is it hard to take off? NO...grab one end and slowly peel

Just go to you local Infinit parts department and ask for the stone guard on that side. I believe you can buy both pieces separately. Be warned they are a biaatch to put on. I work at the collision center for Lexus/Infiniti/BMW etc. we always keep spares of those b/c they are so difficult to put on. You almost always wind up ruining one. Have someone who has done it before to install it for you if you can.

drsifu1 - thanx for the help! Ill remove them all when I get my sides. Still have to decide on which I want between kenstyle and the 06's. Problem with kenstyle is that I hear they dont part them out anymore =( and I dont want the whole body kit. At least not yet...
