Vids don't work for me either. I have been following your progress and am exited to see the vids. You have a very similar setup to what I wish to acheive here soon.

how much did it cost you to do everything? and how much BHP and tourque you pushing?

About $28K with parts and labor. Here is my dyno. This dyno was with no exhaust because my old exhaust was too restrictive, so with the exhaust I have now it will probably be with 15-20whp less. This was done with 12.5lbs of boost. If need be I will turn up the boost to get some power back. I'm gonna try to get it dynoed again with the exhaust on.
