'05 AT -- 22-24 mpg city (heavily traffic dependent) & 27-28 mpg on the road w/cruise

like 14 mpg city. highway dont drive on it very much. wtf is up wit my city, i dont even have engine mods. im about 6K on my 05. do i need the $30 Turbonator??????!??! Please HELP!

Make sure you have 93 oct gas and Reset the navi mpg on the highway and drive without any traffic for about 30 minutes, Try to go a constant 65ish and don't gun it; if your mpg is in the mid 20's you know your 14 mpg city is because of the way your driving it; if not there's something wrong with the car.

Avg. 16 mpg with FI, mixed driving. I'm ok with it, based on the hp I'm running.

At some 6200 miles the mpg is getting much better.

Mixed . . . 18 mpg (lots of hills in S.F., I guess)

Highway (only) . . . 28 mpg

+1 why is our HP so crap? i average maybe even lower sometimes, 13 MPG on city driving only. could this be from bad alignment and/or balancing issues? since my car did get into a rear end a month ago. .. would infiniti do balancing and alignment for free?

+2 No matter what. 13-15mpg. A couple of times like 18mpg driving like a grandma under 3000 rpm
