Which bank did you guys go through? I went with Chase @ 4.5apr and I'm looking for something around 3.5 to 4.0.

Re: Finance, Loans

I leased mine, but the dealer did offer 4.01% if I financed it - it was a local bank they had a deal with though for this rate - it wasn't IFS. My insurance company, USAA also does auto loans, I knew I could get 4.0% from them too.

This was before the recent prime rate drop of another .25%, so it should be even lower now.

Re: Finance, Loans

I picked up my car yesterday.......when I ordered the car, IFS (Infiniti) offered 4.9 for 60 months. After the dealer called to let me know my car was intransit I hunted a better rate. Got one from People First (Capital One's loan company) for 3.9. I told my dealer about it a few days ago and then he came back and said they could go 3.79 for 60. That's what I went with. I put about $10k down so my payment is ~$500 per month (sales tax and title app included).

I called Golden1.com and told me the lowest they can go is 4.6% Is it because I'm 24 years old and not enough credit?
