I went to tintdude.com and they gave some tips. You can take a razor blade and smooth out or take out the dot matrix. You can also take some VERY fine sandpaper and smooth out the dots on the top and around the edges of the glass. I have bubbles around my glass and on the top band where you circled. The same hour I took it home, I took my finger and rubbed the tint over the dots to make it adhere better. I'm just going to live with it instead of having some guy get my rear deck all wet and damage it trying to replace the tint.
