I think selling cars is the one job where you find most people doing it dont know about what they are selling. I was calling around to get 06 offers from dealers a few weeks back and the Grubbs Infniti INTERNET sales manager ( who you would think would be the most knowledgeable and up to date on recent information ) didnt even know the prices were out!!! I had to direct him to the nissannews.com website. Suffice it to say, I didnt call him again. Since we are on the subject, Grubbs Infiniti sucks! They dont return calls, ive u straight answers, and sound condescending. Everyone says how great they are but I think Sewell Infiniti has a lot better service.

 

who was that guys name? I go to Kirkland all the time.. I want to see this @$$ hole's face and laugh back at him.!!
They need to learn to respect who ever they are dealing with.
