Changes you want for 2004?

For all you coupe owners.
What changes/corrections do you anticipate in the 2004 coupe?

Re: Changes you want for 2004?

I'd like to see some kind of on-board computer type deal...just something simple like gas milage, destination, etc.

Oh my god...I'm realizing right now as I sit here and think "what would I change about the G...?" that I have no answers....WHAT A GREAT CAR !!!!!

Definitely better quality interior materials, memory seats would also be very nice.

An optional/standard arm rest.
An optional/standard rear window wiper.
But more so....a turbo option package.

I'd like rear wiper, memory seats, another 25H/P, 4 wheels the same size, 6sp A/T, V-8 opotion, and the brochure to come out before the car.

* get rid of cheap plastic interior. Even a hard rubberized dash would be acceptable
* memory seats
* ****** ABILTIY TO INSTALL AFTERMARKET HEAD UNIT, the bose system SUCKS!!!
the AUTO headlight setting position after full headlight setting. Sometimes i just want to turn on the parking lights without the HID headlamps coming on first in AUTO mode.
* I love everything else about the car!

Snow mode for auto/man mode transmission. Would help if we could lock 3rd gear for starts. Cruise control that would stay on even when car is turned off. More treble for Bose Premium sound system

Some color choices that actually look like colors! The Silver/Platinum/Graphite look soooooo much like each other that it's rediculous. I'd LOVE to see Brickyard, a decent Green or Blue - anything that would allow this thing to stand out!

Re: Changes you want for 2004?

Memory seating, automatic headlight kill switch when car is off and door is opened (like Toyota). Broader array of colors and the titanium plastic interior should be replaced with wood grain or something like. One other change would be to enchance stereo. Bose system has too much bass (subwoofers). I have mine down to -4.

With that said I LOVE the Coupe!!!! Handles great and flies through traffic. I wouldn't cry about another 20 hp.

Premium Tire package

Memory seats, power seat back recliners, telescoping steering wheel, and a smoked color wood option.
Oh and bring back the dark blue on the coupe, that was available on early build sedans

Digital Speedometer Read Out (Like the 350Z got, and Porsche) That 0 - 160MPH speedometer is impossible to read. I keep catching myself at 65 - 70 driving around town...

Memory Seats Two drivers, maybe set to the key, or just buttons on the door

More HP Turbo would do it for me :-)
