Great news for them. Between that, the G, and the FX, they're having a great year. Can't hurt our re-sale either.

Also interesting to see how incredibly low Nissan finished. Only Daewoo, Isuzu, Suzuki, Kia, VW, and Land Rover did worse. I guess we can bag on Chrysler customer service, but the non-luxury Japanese brands can't. How much more did we pay for the G over the Z again?

Yeah this is just yet another good reason why I'm glad I didn't buy a Z.

Sorry! But I can't say the same about my Infiniti dealer. Team Infiniti has very poor service. Didn't want to fix my door rattle or noise from rear brakes. Even though I told them about the tsb. They claim were wasn't a problem, but when I drove one of their loaner it had the same problem. How funny is that.

Don't tell them that ... then they will say it is characteristic of the car. I had Honda tell me that about the tranny shuffle at around 35 mph.

It is a good thing that JD Powers did not ask me. My dealership's service S#CKS!!! I have already posted those experiences, so I will not repeat myself here.

We should plan a trip to Team Infiniti or something because my chair rocks and is squeaky, yet they said there were no problems. Also I hear a few kinks that they said were just small particles of debree rattling in the car.

I got mine from Team Infiniti also. Even the big guy named "Joe" in Finance sucked trying to sell me all these "extras" to the car. I was so pissed I made them get me another financial guy.
