those tires are bad *** for track runs man, i have them on my cobra and they hook like a bastard, better then i thought. to get the best out of them u need to smoke em up for at least 10 sec. no lie. anything under 10 seconds of smokin em up they will not perform as good. Rev up to about 5000 and drop the clutch and mash the gas. sounds a lil crazy but trust me they will hook like a **** and surprise you. only thing u need to worry about is driving in the rain. Unless u are just using these for the track (which is what i rec.) they are absolutely horrible in the rain or any wet condition. GL and work on the launch and post the time. Very interested

what air pressure are you useing? I will only run these at the track. I have my 19's with toyo t1-r's on while Ill sporting the look of a fast G. I will just use these at the track So I can actually go fast. My best time on my 19's is 13.5 adjusted to 13.1 at 107. I hope to get low 13's all day with the drag radials.

now that I have changed the shift **** yes. The old **** was very tough to get off. felt lIke I was breaking something. didnt just unscrew like a honda. Needed 2 big wrenchs to loosen. THe dam thing was locktited or something.

Every one needs to be careful if you just try to loosen you can actually damage the tranny. You have to hold the shifter rod so it wont turn with a wrench and turn the shift **** with another wrench. if you grab the shift **** and turn it you can turn something in the tranny and damage it.

That shifter looks SLICK. Good point about the hot metal in the summertime. Nice job.

I have to wear a helmet at the drags. I fit ok till I have that helmet on. I have to slouch to fit. and lean the seat way back.
