wait...you let people sit in the back?

i generally don't like having passengers...im too **** about the interior.

 

regarding people in back seat, it all depends on length of their legs and torso. someone all legs, could fit, bigger torso's have head hit glass.

i am 5'10, 5'11 my head is virtually touching.

Hmmm, well I always thought I had a short upper torso and long legs. I wear 32 length pants for what its worth. All this talk of people my height and taller fitting back there no problems has me really perplexed.

Just to make sure I wasn't losing it, I just went down to my car and tried sitting back there again. There's no way I can sit upright back there and not have my head hit the rear window. Its not even close - nothing virtual about it - my head is smacked up against the rear window. And that's without my head all the way back against the headrest. So the only way I can sit there is if I lean forward, or if I slouch in the seat. But if I slouch in the seat so my head clears, then my knees touch the front seatback if the seat is at the midpoint or more back on the tracks.

And just to make sure I haven't grown since my teen years, I measured my height again, and I'm still 5' 9" [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

So something ain't adding up here - I don't see how you could be taller than me and say you fit in the back seat OK. Are you sure you're as tall as you say you are? And we are talking about the same car, right, a 2003 G35 Coupe, correct? Just checking [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]
