The dealer will have to refill the A/C regrigerant (after he finds the leak), but you can refill the overflow reservoir yourself, (with like colour antifreeze).

There is no AC coolant. I will assume since you mentioned that you checked the levels of all fluids that you are talking about coolant (aka antifreeze). This is the green liquid (in our cars) that transfers heat from the engine to the radiator.
If the overflow bottle is low, I would first check that the radiator is not low as well. On a COLD engine, unscrew the radiator cap. The fluid should be almost to the very top. If it isn't, take it to the dealer. Never open the radiator cap on a hot engine, the coolant is under pressure and very hot. If the level in the radiator checks out, then you can top off the overflow bottle. Just do not fill it past the max level. inifinit recommends a mixture of 50/50 Coolant to distilled water. Don't use tap water. Some places sell it already premixed for convenience.

If you're losing engine coolant... you have a big problem.
That coolant is likely going somewhere that it shouldn't be. Possibly a blown head gasket, or worse yet... a crack in the block.
You should not be losing any significant amount of coolant in your car if your system is properly sealed with no leaks or mechanical problems.
