Squeaking noise

First off my car is a 5AT. When i let off the brake and give it no gas there is a horrible SQUEAK that i hear and it does not go away until i give it some throttle. So my question is could it be the control arm?? I had a lose bolt a couple of weeks ago and my dealership fixed it but now its a different wheel. Has anybody else ever had this problem? Should i go tighten the lug nuts? Thanks in advance. The car is brand new and this is the second problem I have had with the suspension!! I love this car but it is such a pain!

Certainly check for loose wheel lugnuts, but I doubt it's that. To my mind, it sounds like glazed brakepads or even worn out brakepads. It's easy to check the outer pad's thickness thru the wheels.
