That is just so wrong. It's beyond me how people can do this ****. Like others have said, wheel locks won't prevent your wheels from getting stolen, so don't beat yourself up over that. Good luck and we'll keep an eye out for ya.

I feel bad for you, but no locks?!

I use locks, alarm with tilt sensor, and I put a locked car cover on. Plus I put an autolock on the clutch. They're going to have to tow my **** to steal it.

Claim insurance that your stocks got stolen and get new rims.

I can't park in the garage because the curb has too much of a slope and it will scrape. I feel really bad becuase I have only live at this place for about a month and now I have to park the car out in the open. The cop that took the report was telling me that my car is screwed because that area is bad. He told me to go rent a secured parking spot at a storage area .

I was thinking about getting a car alarm with the pager. Do you think that is a good idea, or will I just run down to see the problem and then get my *** kicked by some thugs?
Sorry to hear that bro.....that really sucks.

Yeh, get some secure parking as well as a system with pager. It will be a big deterrant to thieves.

C.

Sorry to hear about this. The same thing happened to me on my old car. I had wheel locks too. They not only jacked up my car and took the rims, they also stole my speakerbox in the trunk, my amp, my radio and even my K&N filter!!! The pro's will take everything they want and wheel locks won't do crap. My gf's brother is a mechanic and he said they have a tool that takes off wheel locks. If someone loses the key they have to get it off some how.

Damn that stinks. Not much you could have done about it.
I'd recommend a pager alarm, at least then you can take a peek and call the cops if ness.

Lug nut locks stop no one. I bought a thing for my lugs nut locks when I broke the key that screws on to the outside of the lug nut and strips it off. Like nothing. WOrked great. ... Says on teh back not for sale to general public... but I bought it at checker. So sorry about your wheels, but there was nothing you could do so don't weigh on it too hard. Submit a theft claim and get some new rims. Buy some lug nut locks... maybe they won't have a tool to rip them off.
