We are in the process of updating our website and have a couple of questions.
1. What types of car modification products would you like to see added to our website?
2. Is their anything we could do to make our website friendlier for our customers?

A reply to my emails re cost of shipping a set of rear splash guards and UT G1 spoiler to Australia would be good for me.
The shipping charges on your website came up as $250(more than cost of parts) when others quote $40-60.
Sent two emails last week.

What I would like to see is seven (7) aluminum L brackets that were not included in my battery cover Group Buy from about 2 months ago. 
I just found out that we were missing this bracket at the last club gathering. One club member who bought his battery cover from STRICTLY Z had this part included and it is DEFINITELY NEEDED with this install.

Are G35 Coupe owners your only customers or just the only customers that can provide recommendations?

it is frustrating to click into down into a category, then a sub-category, and find there is nothing sub-category. may be better to place a number next to the category/sub-category to show how many items in it. this way, the user will be able to see that the category exists, but there are no items. i would also suggest a view all items at the sub-cat level, with an option to select how many items to view on a page and sorting options by price, manufacturer, sub-cat, ect...
