When i first turn mine on, its idles at almost 2000rpms, and slowly drops down. I know its a cold start, but i'm in florida, it doens't get that cold. I heard its normal, but still seems old to me

my problem is a little different.. my car idles fine when staying still but when i drive and stop at a light the idle will dip down to 500rpm.. or lower.. car feels like its going to stall but it hasnt yet.. (6mt) im hoping its a dirty TB.. would the dealer do this for free?

Mine is usually around 600-750 RPMS. I have had it dip off to about 50 RPMs for a milisecond accords to my digital rpm guage

Also, i have found that the tachometer on the G is miss calibrated or somethings...its not very exact. Its about 200 RPMS off usually. I have a digital tachometer guage and i trust it more than i do the stock guage...

Thats why theyre called gauges and not instruments. All tachs will be slightly off. According to my tach, I idle @ almost 1000 rpms, even though its set to idle @ 850 rpms. This small variation at that low of rpms can translate to a few hundred off by redline. To be honest, the G-tech RR (when its actually calibrated properly) seems to be better at gauging rpms than the oem tach... lol
