I ordered a cover from CalCarCover.com on 11/15/05 and have tried numerous times to use their order tracking feature on their site to see what the deal is with the cover.

The site keeps saying "Processing Order" for the status of the cover.

I called them last week and the lady said that the cover was probably going to be shipped that day. It still has not arrived and I never got a tracking number, so I'm probably going to call them again today.

Before I call them again... I wanted to ask if anyone here has ordered a cover from CalCarCover.com, and if so... how long it took you to get your cover from the date that you ordered it?

I can understand if it takes them a while to make a custom-fit car cover.... I'm not really pissed about that, I am just wondering what the real status is of my cover, so I can plan my winterization process for my car around it's arrival date.

 

I have one... yea it took a while for it to process also. Not sure why it takes so long, maybe that whole custom fit? not sure, give them a call and ask them.
