Do you think I can buff this out?

Oooh.....Man getting on the highway in wet weather is a scary thought. Glad to see your OK. I Spun my 93' RX-7 on the 5 freeway here in Cali. I didn't hit anything and it was rush hour traffic. Then a van got rear ended and pushed into me. It like the opposite happened to you where you spun and hit the guard rail instead. Everything happens for a reason, think positive.

Thanks for the kind words. I have been receiving a few PM's, AIM's and phone calls and I thought it might just be easier to answer the most commonly asked questions here:
1. Yes, I'm fine. Really.
2. No, the air bags did not deploy.
3. I have not decided if I'm buying another G yet. I've got one reserved but yesterday I did the practical thing and test drove a honda civic (the new ones SUCK. Can you say "come in Captain Kirk" ). I also went to the Porsche dealership and looked for a 1 year old carrera. I can go back today and TEST DRIVE a new 2006 model (but I think my wife would KILL me if I dropped $71K+).
4. I cannot get any car that doesn't have a back seat PERIOD. If I could I'd use my company discount and get a new 2006 corvette for $42,200. Thanks for the suggestions however.
5. THE BIG ONE: I do not know if I'll be parting out my mods yet. If I get another G, most of the mods will simply be transferred over. If I get another car the Florida G35 Club Members will get first crack at my mods. The S/C has more than 1/2 of the main components that are PERFECT. Only the intercooler, some of the plumbing and possible one or two other inexpensive parts have been damaged (and I already have a line on a used intercooler with less than 2000 miles on it and I've had a nice chat w/ Vortech seeing how much individual replacement parts cost... they're not cheap.
If I get another G, I'll keep the blower and just try to buy the new brackets to fit the 2006. Again, if I get another car, something other than a G, EVERYTHING will be parted out, including the S/C but only after I've thoroughly gone over the ENTIRE parts list and made sure I have a complete kit.

Sorry about your car. I think life is too short to have steak everyday, you should try chicken...i mean get another car The new 3 series I hear is the BOMB and the IS350 is also pretty good. There is the GTO and the SRT8 Charger too. So many good cars and so little time... Whatever you decide, good luck.
