Rear pads uneven wear @ 38,000?

Have the OEM brembo set up 38,000 mi, changed out the rear to the hawk hps, but the passenger side has wore down to the bone. It Did a number on the inside of the rotor. Has anyone experienced this? Would it be a good idea to bleed the system? I noticed that when i changed the front at 36,000 that the passenger side was also worn down more than the driver side. I didnt think that the rear was going to need to be replaced so soon after the fronts. Any suggestions. Posted pics

Have the brakes looked at since something wrong caused the unusual wear. You'll likely have to replace that rotor and have the caliper repaired if it was partially seized causing the pad/rotor wear.
