Thanks for the support guys, and thanks for posting the pic for me while I was away. Also, it's nice that you guys didn't give me a lot of nagging about driving fast, etc. Much love. Here's a couple more of my fav. pics.

P.S. Does anyone know whether adding after market parts (i.e. radiator, etc.) will cause Infiniti to refuse to work on that part when you go in for service?

Yikes, Sorry to hear of the accident. That looks like major front end damage. Glad you're ok.

Infiniti will work on any part when you go in for service/repairs. Whether it's Infiniti's part, and a problem due to manufacturing will depend on warranty work.
Accident damage doesn't qualify for warranty, but that's when insurance kicks in to repair/replace parts.
G/L with repairs and insurance.

Cars are built to take impacts the way yours did. They crumple. So I imagine that you were probably going at a relatively low speed during the impact. Nevertheless, the damage is extensive. You never know what you are going to encounter until you begin to remove the damaged pieces prior to repair. Any part that gets replaced will now be warrantied by the company manufacturing the part. So if your radiator is replaced make sure that you have proof of purchase for warranty claims. BTW, no lectures from me. I've been in your shoes more than once. I totalled my Porsche 993 in 1995. I hit some black ice, slid, and then road up an embankment. The car flipped and was demolished. In the scheme of things your damage is relatively minor, and your car can be made to look perfect by most any shop.

Ouch.. glad your ok man! Yeah I was going to say, these new cars are made to absorb some impact so it doesnt look like you were going all that fast during the impact. Anywho, cars can be replaced human life cant.. glad your ok, just means you can getter fixed better than before
