I am interested in buying a G but could someone tell me what they changed from year to year and the procs and cons. Opinions are welcome and appreciated. What year would be the best to get, dont really need the luxury (bluetooth etc) and of course cost is an issue. ALso, any problems with specific years??? THANKS GUYS

 

if cost is an issue, get the 03 G35 Manual. comes with brembos and now-a-days it's cheaper! lol

wish my 05 came with Brembos

 

well the 03 an 04 come with brembos but they have the older vq which produces 280 with the 6 speed but the 05 and 06 have the rev up moter which produces 298 hp with the 6 speed but no brembos. also with the 05 and 06 they get stock 19s and in 06 you have the option of a blue tooth in your car and an upgraded nav disc. well i hope this helps

 

I don't know about the Brembo's man. I have an '05 and it stops like a champ with the OEM brakes. Can't imagine Brembos having been THAT much better. Brembo's have a tendency to squeak a little too. The price you pay for race-ready brakes! But SKY is right, 03=CHEAP.

 

yea, my 05 brakes stop quick, only real reason i wish i had brembos cuz of the way it looks, just SEXY!!!
