Try rust-o-leum products, or try paint thinner, idk man, be creative, look around in ur garage for sum funky products lol

heh, Headers and exhaust, was my Christmas present =) Install included.
Only 350 for headers and cat-back exhaust to be installed.
I'll ask my shop if they do "bead blaster". otherwise I'll look for "naval jelly" (snickers) thanks guys =)

I'd just send them to Jet Hot and have them coated in JetHot2000. They'll clean them (a bit extra cost) before they coat them, and they'll never look bad again (provinding you don't think flat black looks bad
).
There not really going to be noticeable anyway, are they? Likewise, I don't know why you want to clean them prior to install when they're going to end up looking like this again before long. Are you trying to clean them before coating or something?
