I wante dto give a huge shout out to Intense. I had been waiting for Red Samco hoses from another vendor for about 6 weeks and kept being told there are none in country and Samco is known for long waits. I finally got tired of the run around I was getting and called Intense.

I spoke with Intense the 23rd and they put me on hold for a few minutes after telling me they didn't have red in stock either. They got back on and told me that he made a few calls to distributors and found a set that they would have direct shipped to me. Needless to say they came today.

They did an incredible job of going out of their way for a customer and have gained a new loyal customer in the process. Customer service above and beyond.
