Rear Center arm rest..do they make them?

I would love to find a center arm rest for the rear. When test drove the car, I thought it has a fold down option but was wrong. I wonder if there are any after-market offerings. Does anyone have any info, pics...?

I'm sure any auto/marine upholstery shop can make one for you for cheap
