From Sedan to New Coupe, Need Advice

I turned in my early 03 AT Sedan off lease for new 05 AT Coupe. I will be swapping over UR Pulley set, Crawford V5 Plenum, DC Headers, Crawford Cats, Gord's 8 wire Gound kit and Eibach Sways. I had to let the Borla exhaust go along with Injen Intake, Tokico shocks, JWT cams and 350Z H-Techs as I did not have stock parts to replace. I won't make that mistake again. I have decided to go with Z tube and Popcharger combo instead of CAI from info received on this site. I am looking for some advice on best buys for the following parts:

Exhaust System - keeping car N/A, looking for performance, deep, aggressive tone, good looks and light weight. FUJI, STILLEN, BORLA, INJEN, GREDDY?

Springs - have sport suspension, looking for equal or better performance, modest drop so it does not require major suspension mods and light weight. STOCK 05 350Z, TEIN 350Z H-TECHS, RS*R 350Z?

Shocks - would like to be able to keep stock sport, if not, then what is better choice KONI or TOKICO D-SPEC? My old Tokicos use to make noise over large bumps.

I think that is it for now. I have searched these topics out and it has made me dizzy. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I just put up some sounds clips of the fuji exhaust with crawford cats, their in the exhaust section.

I got a really sweet deal from dealer to lease again and only thing was I needed to pick from inventory. Only 6sp were in black which I did not want. I got BS with graphite, sport and premium no money down, no disposition, no security, no tax or tags. Only out of pocket was first month payment of $550. And they even took off all my parts that I still had stock replacements for and did not charge me for that. I thought it was a good deal. Besides I am going to be 40 soon and live in a highly congested area north of Baltimore and don't need to row my own any more. I gave that up with the departure of my 95 Z convt. and 97 Maxima. 6sp is best if you have room to run it. Anyway that is why I did not get 6sp.

Do you know anything about the new Tanabe Medalion Touring? Looks nice. Is it a full cat back or just y-pipe back?

Do you know anything about the RS*R Z springs and whether you can run stock shocks with those? I had Eibach ProKit w/Tokicos on Sedan and it sucked. I switched to 350Z H-Techs and it made a huge difference. No Eibachs for me. I prefer linear spring. So you say 350Z H-Techs not enough of a drop. I was worried about that and also softer spring rate in rear.

no need for the 6 speed i see 5AT take out 6MT all the time at the track. there is really no difference other than being able to feel your car a little more.

Good choice on the 5AT

The S-techs and stock shock I have is not doing it for me right now. I will be changing my setup soon, going with H&R springs and Koni adjustables. I love it on my Accord so I hope to get the same ride on my G. A lot of people are saying that the HKS suspension is a good setup but to expensive for me. Just my .02 cents.

Thanks for the opinion on your setup. I am leaning towards KONIS and RS*R 350Z springs to go with EIBACH sways for suspension. I just wanted to know if stock sport shocks will work with RS*R's. Sounds like a lot of people like the FUJI. Does anyone have any info on the TANABE Medalion Touring?
