what usefull knowlege can one get in a BMW forum? isnt the reason why we are in the forums to learn and such with infiniti made cars? RX

I agree completely, but BMW forums are very much alive...they have lots of fun topics to discuss, whether it relates to cars or not. For example, I LOVE to go to bimmerforums.com and read the Kill Stories...they are extremely biased, but still fun. When it's time to share advice about G35 Coupes, this is the one and only forum for me.

Man, I wish you people would be happier for me. My new ownership of a G35 Coupe (in one of the hardest color/option combinations to find, and paying a very high lease price) should be enough to justify my loyalty towards this car.

Congrats on your ride. Ramsey Infiniti is in South Jersey, right? Isn't it on route 36? I looked there when I was looking for my coupe, but they couldn't find what I was looking for. So, I let Ray Catena find my exact setup, without having to put an order in. Enjoy your ride.

I have a question for all of you G35 Coupe owners. What do you do about those damn seatbelts!! Every time I drive the car, the thing just digs into my neck like a freakin' vampire! I purchased the INFINITI seatbelt pads off of eBay, and they remedy the problem, but the apply an uncomfortable pressure on my chest, and they prevent the seatbelts from retracting fully. Aside from te seat belt extender thing, are there any other solutions to my little seatbelt problem???
Oh yeah, and the Fuel Economy calculator shows that I am getting 16.7mpg now...yay!

Well, if you're taking orders on open spaces in your garage I'll forgive your forum infedelity if you let me store my '73 mustang convertable there. If the car sees any more rain it's just gonna turn into a pile of rust!

Beautifull car! I bought mine 6 months ago from Ramsey Infiniti. I'm not crazy about the service, but there sales guys are great.
I bought Black with the willow interior and I love it- I also got the aero package- I am one of those diehard spoiler guys- I love having the spoiler on there- its adds more sportiness to the car.
As far as the seatbelt- drop about 10 pounds and you should be OK. Just kidding- Seriously though, the only problem I have with the seatbelt is that I always shut the door on it.
Best of luck to you and your new purchase. After 6 months of owning the car I still have to look back at it everytime I walk away.

I usually wear "polo" (aka "golf") style shirts, and just tuck the belt under the collar. It's still slightly uncomfortable, but much better. Drove me nuts until I started doing that.

Mine's been doing aroung 20mpg with a good cross-selection of driving between traffic and highway. Pretty much matches the 4 cylinder Porsche 944 S2 I traded for the coupe, so I'm happy. (and the G35 just squashes the Porsche! eheh)

My co-worker says he gets 26 in his manual 330ci. I am not complaining about 19 that I get, but I was a bit disappointed after I heard what my co-worker gets.
