Ok, so I've been searching for an answer but haven't found one.

My 3rd brake light on the rear dash does not seem to match the color of my taillights. Has anyone completed a conversion? Maybe used LED bulbs? (Not sure what's in there now).

 

No one's done this?

 

for the coupe the brake light on the rear dash are leds (6 of them). but thats on my 04 coupe and they match fine with my tailights. idk if they changed or were different on early models? what year is yours?

 

Hmmm... mine's an '05 and for some reason if I'm following my car the rear deck light looks slightly lighter in color than the taillights.

Maybe it's just my eyes going bad.

hummm. i might be very slightly brighter since the rear shelf brake leds are in a clear casing and the tail lights are in the red caseing, which will make them slightly different.
