What coolant to use

I've been using regular off the shelves coolants and stuff on my previous cars, but would like to be more careful with the G.

It's time to refil, it's kinda low. The dealer is lil bit far from my place. So my question is what coolant should I use - off the shelves or straight from dealer? Should I bleed and refill the coolant or just fill it up and wait until 45K miles services? Mine is at 38K miles already, and should be ready for 45K tune up soon.

If it's off the shelves, what do you recommend? There are so many kinds

Thanks again.

I just use the green Prestone coolant in my G. I've called Infiniti techs before and they said it's all the same crap as the one they sell at the dealership. I've ran it for a year with no issues.

I haven't bought coolant for few years, but make sure it is a 50/50 mix with distilled water. For more information look into your user/maintenance guide.
Good luck

Prestone 50/50 premixed. Contains no phosphor or silica, premixed with deionized water and is designed for aluminum engines. I did my research for my bike, (where temps often hit 215F) ...and thats the best that I could find. You could also add some Water Wetter from Redline to make it a bit better too.
