Electrical problem

Hey just wanted to share a issue that happend w/ my 03 the day I bought it, I bought it used w/ 21k miles in Scottsdale, AZ and drove it back to Seattle, WA (it was a fun drive... non-stop except for gas and food) anyways as I was driving in California I notice that my power windows don't work, my power door locks and my passenger side power seat.... so I get pissed of thinking the dealer screwed me (and then realizing I have my warranty I decided not a big deal) so as I'm trying to figure out whats going on, they start working again...

ANyways I kept driving and the issue kept happening on/off. I decided to drive it straight to Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife when I got there. I drove it in, told the service consultant the issue and he said "well can you duplicate it" and I decided to try, and low and behold I CAN'T...

Thankfully though, the service guy was very niec and decided to take it in and see if he could find any electrical issue... turns out the fricken wiring got into contact w/ the metal seat rail and shorted out, so they rewired the whole thing for me under warranty...

So if any of you guys have any problem like that, it has happend to me... just a heads up in case!

Welcome, vstrizheus, and congrats on your G.

Glad you're finally happy with it after the electrical issue.

I'm sure there are a few with similar issues who will be most interested in your experience.

Enjoy the new ride, and TNX for the heads-up.

C.

Wow I'm surprised the dealer took you in as a walk-in and started working on your car especially with an electrical problem
