i think red is more girly ... thats why i got red !!! But for guys BLACK !!! thats just sexy.

for guys - Graphite, Black, and the dark midnight blue one (i don't know what color that was, but the dark blue one)

for girls - Red (for sure!), IP, and Graphite as well

 

well soo far the girls that have complemented me on my car said they have liked the white out of all the other g's that they have seen, but I think they all look good just as long as they are kept clean, because I saw a g that was soo dirty and it looked like poop

 

Red has got to be the sexiest color on a G, then comes the Ivory pearl.

 

i think i read somewhere that guys in silver cars get the most looks from girls. CAnt remember where i saw that. Black is too hard to maintain, and red is just asking to be pulled over by the cops. I dunno i have the liquid platinum G, so i gotta go with the silver

 

Ya know, all these colors look great on our G's
but the one color that really kicks is Twilight Blue
simply because it looks like black unless your standing on top of it. Then wow, it's blue and just
jumps out at ya. And I might add just as hard as
black to maintain........I hate dust! I've worn out
a Calif. Duster (truck size) in the last year!

I went from wanting black the first moment I wanted the g to changing my mind at the last second to the only red g sitting in the parking lot. No Regrets.

If you want to attract all the girls then get a girly color like white. But im a man and i prefer a harder color than say red or white so you should either go with black or Graphite. But if you want to tap into your feminine qualities then get white or red

 

Pathetic!^ Some of you are really ridiculous with the way you diss the colors other than what you have. You think DG looks best, so you have to insult the owners of other colors?

Personally, I've never needed a "masculine" color to help define my masculinity. I choose the color that I think looks best on the car so that I'm happy with my choice. Clearly, that's not the same line of thinking that prompted some of you who, perhaps, needed the color to clarify your sexuality for others.

Am I the only one that notices how much BO and even DG owners diss IP as a "girly" color, while you rarely see IP owners ******* the owners of other colors? When you have to insult others so badly, it simply comes across as a very transparent technique to transfer your own insecurities. Does it really take something like that for you to feel better about the color choice you made? Why am I even asking? It's apparent that it is.

I hope it makes you feel like you're packing oranges instead of grapes, because it sure suggests otherwise to others.

 

Good try, but actually white (IP) shows you're confident in your sexuality, you have style, taste and sophistication, and don't need help in distinguishing that by choosing a certain color.

But.........I partially agree with you, that IP could be in some instances viewed as girly, but only if it's in stock form, I think.
My cousin's stock white 540i really did look girly, but in the G35c case, the stock exhaust, tinted windows and tails, make the world of difference.

 

I say black but I have red. (Had 4 black cars in a row, wanted a change!)

 

And for ROn..... I don't think there IS a bad color for the G. Just personal preference.
