which NAV conversion is better?

hi. I've looked around a couple places and found two different ways to convert our nav screens to a DVD/TV player

1. is the NAV-TV Tuner by www.avelectronic.com
2. is to buy a Pioneer GEX-P7000TV TV Tuner (http://www.lgdsuperstore.com/gexp7000tv.html)

i just wanted to know what people have tried/installed and which you guys think is better...

Good stuff. I think if I do this, I wanna do the Nav-TV Tuner because they list support for our G35 and it looks like it gives you better options for rear-view camera and stuff.
