Alarm Question

Alarm Question? My indicator light for my alarm does not light up. I believe it should light up when I press the door lock buttons and get the initial light flash and horn beep. Help?

Re: Alarm Question

If what you're talking about is the little red light on the dash.... yes, it should blink when the alarm is activated.

Re: Alarm Question

Take it to the dealer. Show them what's up and if it is something simple you missed then they will point it out to you... or if it is a wiring problem or something malfunctioned they should get you straightened out. I guess it depends on the service guys you have to deal with... I've stop by several times with a few question on certain things from time to time and always enjoy chatting with them. Goodluck and keep us posted on how you make out... I am sure someone will be hunting for a solution to your same problem soon enough... best of luck.
