ok.. I just need to let out some steam
these last 2 weeks have been horrible for my G
[rant]
so it starts out as follows:
I'm driving as usual and I start hearing the damn clicking sound from the rear right axle
so I'm like "oh god.. well.. at least it's covered!"
so I take it in to the garage and they fix it in no time, no questions asked
and the guy said he even did the other side just in case ANYTHING goes wrong!
so I'm pretty happy right? wrong
3 days later, my brakes start to squeel non-stop... I take it back to the garage and they are like "you again?" type of face
winds up that my brake pad on my right front tires are finished (at 10,000kms might I add)
so.. if that's not enough
I go out the next night.. get parked infront of the club.. all happy
and as I'm leaving the club
I see a fight had broken loose and people are using my G as some kind of battle arena
SCRATCHED UP hood and driver door (refer to the paint thread in the care section..)

they dont have any paint... so I have to wait...
and today I'm driving to work in regular flowing traffic (40mph)
car infront of me is a lot higher than the G....
and what do I see under his car? A HUGE *** ROCK the size of my side mirror!
if I brake, I get a pile of people crashing into me... I cant swerve away, cuz there are cars next to me... so my only option is to run it over and pray to god it doesnt hit anything...
well, God had it in for my G...
it hit SOMETHING and now I have a VERY LOUD suction sound inside the cabin... when I drive...
grabbing my keys in 30mins to take it to the dealership YET AGAIN...

so I took it in
seems that some plastic piece got busted off under my engine and it caused an oil leak.. I have a few dings in the plastic under there.. nothing major..
they fixed it free of charge and offered to fix my paint for free once they get the paint

 

sorry to hear about your bad luck. sometimes when it rains it pours. at least spring is less than a month away!

Sounds like me almost... I hit a gas tank cap at the gasstation ( the big metal caps covering their huge tanks in the ground) and now my car won't start... LOL, I got my Loaner car yesterday, and the tow truck is on his way right now to take it to my local dealership... #$(*&@#&$(*#@&$

 

In July my Coupe was rear-ended, causing $11K in damage (and one fatality in the car that started the chain reaction).

Later in October, I ran over a large, dead deer in the middle of the road. I was airborne for a moment, and luckily I landed on all four wheels. Unfortunately, it was another $4K in damage.

I know how it feels to have a cursed G35.

 

it's not cursed
it's just my luck lately

the way my dealership handled it tho put a smile on my face..
they were super supportive of the issue and had my car running in half an hour
they put like 3 or 4 mechanics on it

 

ahh the cursed G .. i know this .. in a matter of 6 months i had a lady crash into the side of my car.. it being parked in the street at night getiing hit in the front ... rims getting bent.. 4 new tires..brakes squeling... it wasnt meant to be 4 me ... but my 06' does the trick!

 

lol... i guess it's not for everyone. i'll be happy to see all the snow and salt gone from my car.
