Nice choice. I was deciding between these or the Teins and since my emphasis is placed more on control and stiffness rather than comfort, I chose to go with the Tein Flex system. Plus the EDFC should work great with it.
In any case, good choice in coilovers and hope to see your setup soon. Also, how low are you going to lower it if any?

Wise man, the LS system is comfort based. Certainly a better choice than going with progressive lowering springs IMO. But most of the owners of the LS system's on Z's have gone out of their way to advise other coilover's system choice's if your after performance. They do of course love their LS systems for thier comfort. HKS did just intoduce the Hypermax II coilover. The are stiffer performance oriented coilovers that include's adjustable dampeners, the LS version's are of course non adjustable. www.optauto.com carries the both the LS and the Hypermax II HKS coilovers.

surewin,
yeah i remember you too. we both we to the meet in torrance. Are you going to the next one in sept? I am planning to attend that meeting. If you are, i will see you there.
bkchang79,
thanks for the referral to the auto shop. i got the gailla rear spoiler painted there, after a big fiasco with earl schieb. Last time i am ever going to that freaking place. Lucky i had it pay thru AMEX card cause i got my money back.
I should really stop upgrading cause it is burning my pocket . I think after the coil over, i have nothing much except may redo my audio system. I blame this upgrading process on friends. He own ferrari 360 modena and 355 gts, porsche 996 (GT2 with 600 horses!!!!), 911 turbo and m5 for his wife. Plus all my friends are into mods too. Most of them do the mods in a tasteful way. So i tend to follow that path.
One of the last thing i want to do to my car is to take out the spare tire and put the two amps there. i can have lotsa more room. I think of all my life owing car, i only use the spare tire once therefore it is worth taking out. Plus got infiniti road side assistance.
If you want to meet up sunday, that is fine too. i am meeting up with zen, from this forum.

Re: HKS hypermax LS
Gsedan35,
thanks for the usefull information. you are right, i chose the HKS LS is because i wanted the confort and at the same time able to lower it and handle better than factory. It is the most important factor for me. I know for a fact that once i get the right adjustment, i will never touch it again. So for that reason, no point of having all the fancy feature that i will never touch. Plus i am into performance too, but subtle performance changes. I rode my friend 350Z, one had the enthusiast and touring. Man, i told myself, no way in h3ll that i am going to have this suspension on my car.
I guess you have done a lot of research prior to purchasing the tien. So you do have the teins on urs ride?
Since you have the susco sway bars, how much of improvement did you gain on handling?

I just saw the set in person. I think they were exactly the same, just silver instead of black. very very nice, It's too hard to resist not getting them.
