Some Gialla grille questions for those that have one
I'm seriously thinking about going through with the effort to snag one of these. I've never seen a brilliant silver one for sale (although tons of ivory pearl ones?)
I did lots of searching on the forum and couldn't quite answer a few of these questions.
1 - How much was shipping through a company like Bulletproof? I'm in California so I'm hoping it won't be too huge.
2 - How much did you end up paying to have it painted?
3 - What do you think of the imitation grilles? I've seen a few for under $200 that look ok...but I'm worried they'll end up being totally janky or not fitting properly. Some people on the forum said there was no difference at all. Does anyone own a Gialla knock off?
Thanks for the help!!

I've got the orignial. Don't recall the shipping, but I think I also got it from bulletproof.
I had a lot of other stuff done at the same time, but I figure the Gialla cost $100-$200 to paint and install.
Just some advice: Have the middle support painted flat-black or satin-black to minimize it's pressence. While doing that, have the screen painted the same color. The screen only has a super thin layer of primer on it, so it needs paint for longevity.
And, as long as you're doing all of that, have them spritz the radiator, etc. black as well. The silver shows up way too much. Looks more OEM with it black and blending into the shadows.
